Everybody else seems to have urgent ninja business. Kakashi has brought a book. The red cover beside the mask tells you a lot about this figure before the weapon or effects get a turn. I followed that relaxed pose back to a teacher who was paying rather more attention than he appeared to be.

The sword gives the Blokees Sasuke a long, clear line. The blue branches around the other hand then pull the eye back towards the body. I went looking at the technique rather than treating all translucent blue parts as interchangeable anime weather.

Naruto Uzumaki
A glowing attack is an easy accessory to admire and move on from. Naruto’s has a better backstory than that. There were balloons, an unhelpfully difficult rubber ball, and a cat that accidentally made a rather useful teaching assistant.
